Why do I paint watercolor wildlife? Putting those brushstrokes down on paper allows the expression of my connection with the nature in a unique and visually captivating way, while sharing it with those who are like-minded. —joy

The Watercolor Woods

The Watercolor Woods is a blog full of stories for children ages 7-10 (and adults too) featuring the wildlife in my watercolor paintings. Enjoy them. They are ad and sales free, perfect for reading with your child or for the inner child in you.

Who knows, maybe one day they will be polished and published.

Get all the behind-the-scenes in-depth info on your artist, first dibs on new artwork releases, patron advantages, and access to tutorials, and more.

It all begins with a brush, a piece of paper, and a limited palette of watercolors.
