Henry, the Groundhog of Palette Place Meadow

Henry, the groundhog, is a plump, chestnut colored rodent, kin to the squirrel. His eyes good a bit if a mischievousness, reflecting his playful nature, while his twitching nose is alert for the scent of adventure.

With a strong instinct for digging intricate tunnels and a great fondness for foraging, Henry is a well loved member of Palette Place Meadow in the heart of The Watercolor Woods.

He is known for his friendly demeanor and his knack for predicting the coming of spring with faultless accuracy.

Henry, the groundhog appears occasionally in the Watercolor Woods Stories. His first appearance is in “Pip Moves To The Watercolor Woods.”
